If that was the case then why had our offensive scheme gotten so far removed from Chad Morris? The offense got very stale under Tony Elliot and Jeff Scott. The NC years were due to highly skilled generational players overcoming their coaching. Had all the terminology and the understanding of the offense been so familiar and easy to teach, we wouldn’t have been hiring Garrett Riley. I say let him do his job, stay out of his way, and this time hope you can learn from him so that this doesn’t happen again.
