At a trade show in Chicago for work and Coach Prime was a speaker this morning. At one point he delved into the changing landscape in football and said while he was pro NIL he really dislikes the collectives because he feels it’s been given rather than earned, he also talked about financial literacy education for players and their parents needing to become mandatory.

He also brought up his purge at UC, saying basically he couldn’t change the culture without getting people in that believed in the culture he was bringing and that he knew it would be unpopular but it was a necessary change to make to get the program turned around. Overall really interesting talk hearing what makes him tick
