Just noticed the date on that NCAA stat sheet is 2019. LSU, UGA and Michigan joined us with a 15-0 record since.

That will be very hard to do.
Go undefeated in the regular season, 12-0 Win ACC Championship, 13-0
CFP has First Round, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Championship.
That is 4 games, clearly. We win those and we are 17-0.
The problem is that if we run the table through the ACC Championship, the ONLY way we play in the first round is if we are undefeated and not in the top 4 conference champions. So for that, we would have to be undefeated and the SEC, Big 10, Big 12, and a Group of 5 champ would ALL have to be higher ranked than us. I don't see SEC, Big 10, Big 12, and (in this year) Boise State ALL being ranked ahead of a 13-0 Clemson.
If they change it and remove the byes going to conference champs and make it the top 4 teams. I don't see a 13-0 Clemson not being in the top 4 either. Granted that gives more room for Clemson to be 5 or higher than the current setup, but still unlikely.
99% of the time, a 13-0 Clemson will have a first round bye and will only play 3 playoff games making it more realistic to be the first team to 16-0.
The way I see it, there would have to be more than 4 other 13-0 conference champs in order for Clemson to be undefeated and miss a first round bye.

Yep you’re right 16-0.
But I expect they change the format possibly even for this coming year.

I think they're locked in for '25 season with venues and such already. Beyond is a different story.
