Can’t even run the bases. I know the head coach and first base coach have been ejected but I have now seen four base running errors in three innings and now they are going to extra innings. It’s going to be a sub .500 season for our lady Tigers I am afraid.

Don’t blame the players for that last debacle. That was totally in the guy coaching 3rd base.

Yeah some atrocious base running but all the players that is why you have a coach at first and third to help them.

The third base coach sent the first runner who got easily thrown out at home then he walked off the field and gave no coaching whatsoever to the next baserunner coming around second so she got thrown out at 3rd. I’m not sure which was worse - bad coaching or no coaching.

I don’t believe so, in this tournament.
Got some mid-majors coming in next weekend, so maybe they’ll get a win or two.
0-3 vs SEC schools in this tournament and fixing to lose to UCF

This team is just going to have to work on getting better, especially on fundamentals. Right now I'm not worried about wins and losses, but rather them starting to get better and better. Maybe if we do that we will start to upset some teams later in the season. At this point, I doubt than any of the coaches or players are remotely pleased with anything that has developed. I am really wondering if this tournament was a good way to start the season with this team.

After what I am seeing today, I am wondering if the coaches know what they're doing. Bottom of 7 was unacceptable from a coaches standpoint. No way the runner should have been sent with the ball on infield, and then to just walk off hanging the other runner out to dry.
