Clemson softball, what is it those

Girls have in their back pockets, looks like a small box. Seems it would really hurt to slide with those things in their pocket.
Some of us we laughing about it might be their lip stick or eye liner, but we haven't seen any other teams with those small box looking things in their pockets.
anyone know what they are for.

Those are heart monitors. Every player has one on them while they are playing. A lot of them keep them in their back pocket.
