In 4(+) years, millions of dollars in fan donations have gone to fund coaches that have no fire left (Sweeney included). If Swinney is to continue coaching, a few things should be done:

1. Neff has to grow a pair of balls and speak with Sweeney about his salary vs the product he's putting on the field.
2. The football teams focal point is to perform on Saturdays, not earn a degree in PRTM. Swinney needs to understand that "majority" of the fans don't care what degree some clown graduated with nor does that translate to funding to the football team.
3. Tyler Grisham: fired
4. Wes Goodwin: fired

Coaching "support" Staff including (Tajh Boyd, Will Gilchirst, Cole Stoudt) and the other 17 no-name coaches' jobs should be re-evaluated. A former garbage-QB (who's only season threw for 9TD/10int's) and one of the coaches sons are the best QB coaches in CFB???

5. Iptay. Where your dollars speak for you. Ticket prices are insane. Parking prices are insane. The product on the field is inconsistent at best. Shelve your donations for a year or two and you'll see what happens.

OR:

You sit down with Swinney and have a hard-conversation about the consistent downfall of his program and if it's time to hang it up. If he adamantly wants to continue, concessions must be made in staff and personnel. If he refuses, start looking into buyout options and replacements.

This program DOES NOT NEED to die on some hill of moral-turpitude with Swinney. His consistent nepotism, BS coach-speak, refusal to acknowledge the portal's potential uses, on-field product and inability to explain his teams losses at any scale.

Call me a coot, geriatrics. Bring the hate. Don't care. You're still hanging on to what happened 6-8 years ago while the ship to steadily sinking.
