Clemson Assistant Coaches

We have all seen fundamental issues with our offense specifically passing and receiving this year and last. Our receivers have been in decline for 3 years now due to health, transfers or lack of development. With all the various coaches on the staff now, Streeter at OC/QB Coach (Dabo as play caller/influencer), Grisham at WR Coach and Richardson as Passing Game Coordinator (+ Other graduate assistants such as A. Scott, T. Boyd, C. Stoudt etc for offensive development). With all the hands in the pot, which one needs to be evaluated, replaced or repositioned? We have a lot of staff and one person is not the problem here but I find it to be convoluted...

In Dabo we trust. The coaching staff has a lot of dynamics, layers and responsibilities that cross pollinate. It's not a simple flush here, Dabo wants to compete at the highest level. If he flushes anyone out it will be detrimental to the team right now. Good bosses praise publicly and privately scrutinize. He will make the changes necessary I am confident. Let's put two more good games together Tigers and finish the year strong. We can rebuild, tweak or flush January 2nd.
