Can we still win the ACC?

I know it’s ugly. I know our offense smells like dirty underwear. But we can still win the ACC I think. This season is crazy so far for a lot of teams. If we made it to the ACCCG maybe it would at least save face with recruiting.

Cincy, Memphis, Houston and SMU would beat the top 4 of the ACC easily.

we have to win out with our one ACC loss.
We need NC State to lose two games. If they only lose one then they own the tiebreaker with us so we need them with two losses. It is possible scenario as they have some potential losses ahead including possibly tomorrow vs BC. NC state still has Wake, North Carolina, Florida ST, BC, Miami
that leaves Wake who is undefeated and we still play them at home. If we win that game and both of us have one loss, Tigers have the tiebreaker vs Wake if we win so that is it.
Win out, Beat Wake and hope NC State loses two then you go to Charlotte for ACC title game.

If Wake beats State and we win out that make a 3-way tie. I suspect the tie breaker probably falls to the AP poll. I suspect a 10-2 Clemson is ranked above the other 2. Of course the is a bunch that can happen between now and then (starting with next week’s game). Boston College beating NC State and winning out accomplishes the same thing. Way too much football to be played at this point.

NC State has 7 ACC games left. You left off Syracuse. They have only played Clemson so far and practically have their entire ACC schedule still left.

Yes we can considering the pathetic state of ACC FB. But, so what if we do? Thank God we're not in the SEC. Maybe Vandy? Not sure we'll escape Columbia this year.

We stink on offense, but we are still significantly better overall than the coots. They are bad on both sides of the ball right now.

Yes. I believe this team will end up 10-2 regular season, win the ACC and bowl game. So 12-2 for the year. Not too shabby for a crappy year.
