Dude was insanely accurate in high school, you can’t teach that. His issues have been being comfortable, happy feet and trusting the play calls. I think things slow down for him this year and we see a completely different player, coupled with a much improved OL.

Being comfortable in "what you are doing" is alot.
Cade is halfway around the country away from home. Last year was his 2nd college offense he had to learn.
To your point; if he has settled down the offense will be much better off for it.
He has it in him to be an outstanding QB. And, we have the talent at WR and TE to support him.
It's a matter of "doing it" at this point.

They’re built the same. Bo was absolutely putrid his first year at Auburn. He definitely got much better and may start for Denver. Of course being surrounded by Oregons talent helped.

People get in my nerves with Cade because they act like he’s some bum off of the street. His HS film is some of the best I’ve seen and it was against the best competition in the country. His footwork was good and like you said the kid threw absolute on point lasers. He sounds like a different dude this year you can tell he’s found his place and the confidence is back. People act like Deshaun/Trevor were perfect and they didn’t have dudes on the outside helping them out when they would throw it up.

I agree with the sentiment and Cades HS tape is much better than what we have seen to date. However, while Deshaun and Trevor weren’t perfect they were in a different league than Cade. That’s not debatable. They instantly made the team better and were generational talents which Cade is not. That’s no knock to Cade. That type of talent isn’t common.

He wasn’t add water and stir ready like they were, he needed time, like Bo, and can be elite.

He could have been, but the WR and OL play sure made it hard to tell how good or bad he really was/is.

Never said they weren’t in a different league I simply said they weren’t perfect and had really good help on the outside not to mention outstanding leadership in the locker room from veteran players.

Coached by some of the best private coaches, played at a powerhouse in Texas and dominated, was compared to Watson by swinney, coached by the same guy who coached Drew Brees and Nick foles. The system they ran at west lake was more like the Chad Morris system at Clemson, which Cade executed flawlessly.
I remember watching West Lake vs South Lake Carrol on YouTube to see how good this Ewers kid was. Had 0 idea who Cade was. After watching that game I thought he was the most accurate hs qb I had ever seen(lacked big arm talent though) and I hoped Clemson was recruiting him.
I will be shocked if he does not leave Clemson with out some type of major accomplishment.

Let's not forget he will have the luxury of communication per helmet this year from coaches ( pre snap I assume).

Had to find a program to optimize his talents. Got on the right track yr 4 and put it all together yr 5.
Indint like the comparison. I am hoping Cade puts it together a little more quickly than Bo and without having to transfer.
