The defense is all we had to give us a fighting chance in games. Now this. 2021 football season can not end fast enough. This is why I really wanted to play the FSU and South Carolina games last year. Would have been 6th and 7th straight wins respectively. Now all bets are off for any game other than Conneticut.

The most important thing now for this year is to pick up a win, any win, in any way possible. 8-4 and 7-5 is a whole lot shorter road to come back from than 4-8, 5-7. It will do a lot less damage on recruiting also.


Of course this team is not a national title contender, but this is why natioinal titles are so hard to acomplish and any one that you get is forever an amazing accomplishment. Any injury at any time could derail even the greatest of teams and could have prevented those teams from wining the title.

I thought injuries were bad last year, but this year has to take the cake. Never ever seen anything like it.

One thing is for sure, we can't get any worse than what we saw for 31/2 quarters yesterday. Got to go up from here.
