Those idiots have gone so far off the deep end they are even canceling their own. That’s what Jordan Peterson talks about. Revolutions always eat their own. When the revolution has ended the students, the artists, the writers, the religious leaders, the poets, the musicians, the truly downtrodden, the elites, all the people that provided the muscle and the manpower for the revolution are then lined up against the wall and executed because they are no longer needed. It happened in China it happened in Russia and it has happened in every communist revolution and many extreme socialist revolutions.
But idiots on the left are clueless when it comes to history and they are blinded by their ideology and their utopian beliefs. They really should read a little bit of Thomas Sowell.
Rational people on the left like Sam Harris, John McWhorter, Brett Weinstein, Joe Rogan, etc. are being called far right and alt right even though they are all to the left and most are actually pretty #### progressive. They just don’t buy the ######## coming from the far left and organizations like BLM and antifa and the Democrats and the mainstream media.
And it never ceases to amaze me just how far left some of the Clemson alumni are on this board. People we went to school with in the 70s and 80s and early 90s that were reasonable rational people back then, but have lost their minds now because of social media the mainstream media Trump derangement syndrome and many other avenues of brainwashing they have been spoon fed.
They actually think that they are the center and that it’s the Republicans and libertarians that have moved to the far right. When that is objectively provable as false. The Republican party right now is as close to the center as it has ever been And the establishment Republicans are left of center. The New York Times and other very progressive sources have reported on this.
And that was before Trump. They really lost their minds after that. But so did the establishment Republicans because Trump is a populist and an anti-authoritarian. Trump was a threat to the establishment on the left and the right. That’s why about 20 to 25% of the republican party, the establishment wing,, became never-Trumpers!
It’s very disappointing to see these people and know that they graduated from the same university I did. And they really think people like you and I are crazy and racist and homophobic and super far right. They are so blinded by their ideology and brainwashing that they have undergone. They are controlled completely by their emotions and have lost the ability to think critically or even rationally.
