There's been tons of good prospects since November. Some we went after initially. Cornerbacks and linebackers that could start this season... Not to mention oline or receivers. These guys know Saban aren't promising playing time.
I know, I'll be called a dumper and a coot etc. And that Dabo gets it. Does he? No problem with next man up but you end up with a true freshman at left guard and expect them not to make mistakes.

Swinney said he'd use the portal, and technically he has be signing Hunter Johnson. However, Johnson is a former player who's already graduated. He doesn't feel like a true portal signing.
I don't believe we're ever going to use the portal in a meaningful way. I guess we're fine with twiddling our thumbs while teams already loaded with talent get even better. I have no idea what Danny Pearman does.

Other than most politicians Peerman is the most overpaid person in the country. Agree not sure what he does. Would love to follow him around 1 day at work
