Realistically even if he committed how much would he play? Cade would have at least 1 season left. If CV doesn’t transfer out he would have 2 or 3. In the world of the transfer portal it’s hard to have multiple good quarterbacks that stick around. They may stick around for 1 year after that they are gone.

We need to pursue and offer the best QBs every year …

… regardless of who we have on the team.

We should look for a guy who sees a QB room full of 4 and 5-star guys and says … “I’m better than all those guys!”

That’s how we ended up with Trevor Lawrence when we already had Kelly Bryant, Zerrick Cooper, Chase Brice, Hunter Johnson, and Tucker Israel.

TL was not afraid of competition.

All the others ended up leaving, but … we got Trevor Lawrence in the bargain.

We need to offer and sign a top QBbeverybsingle year.
