Coach Swinney cannot continue to be stubborn and stuck in his ways. We have to embrace the transfer portal, get serious about the importance of hiring quality position coaches, and get serious about the way we recruit athletes.

No more scholarship offers to undeserving players, and no more automatic hires of former players without proper qualifications. We can embrace the family model without handicapping ourselves with subpar players and coaches. The great teams adapt in order to stay on top, and Dabo has to adapt for the sake of his program.
