@ the Korn Ferry Tour in Wichita . . .

Jun 18, 2021, 4:58 PM

The Leader finished his second round @ -13 . . . the Cut Line is @ -2

Billy shot -3 today, moving him up the Leaderboard 27 Places . . . He is currently tied for 43rd Place and safely in play for the weekend.

A nasty double bogey on 6 took the air out of his sail, but he recovered nicely by finding a birdie two holes later.

It has now moved to -3 . . . Billy may have needed that last birdie before the day is over!!!

He is @ -4 btw . . .

Thank you for posting. Billy is only hitting right at 55% of the fairways... He's gotten up and down some but obviously hurt him. Fix it on the weekend and shoot Lights out.

She really brought it back nicely and recovered to shoot an even par. Pretty darn good because she didn't card another bogey. Finished with 4 birdies.

Leader at -15 but the rest of the pack is -11 or so. Lauren is t24 @ -7 headed for the weekend. Let's hope this was her bad round of the week.

Enjoy the weekend as I know you will. Saw ur post earlier under mfo post. We'll keep er updated on Billy and Lauren while you knock the little white ball and pop a cold one, or two, or meh, who's counting.

FYI - got a good un coming to Tigertown baseball in Nathan Hall. Might have to change it to the Lexington Tigers... Lol
Best hitter in the state this year. At one time his BA was like a ridiculous .450 and base hits. Projected mid rounds MLB but I think he's committed to an education first. I know his family is.

Tnx ClemGal!!!

Mr Hall sounds like a winner!!! Let’s hope Monte leaves his swing and hitting demeanor alone . . .

We’ll be done knocking it about by lunch as we have an 8am Tee Time, so I won’t miss much of the action.

Have a great weekend and keep posting!!!

Re: @ the Korn Ferry Tour in Wichita . Moving Day

Jun 19, 2021, 12:12 PM

I'll post under this thread as Skeeta56 provides us with all the links.

Billy is -2 thru 6 and -6 for the tournament. He's up to a t40. He gave one to the field on the par 5 2nd as he only managed par. Nice drive but missed the green into the primary rough. Still no bogeys. Keep moving the right direction Billy.

As for Lauren, don't look now but she's got a nice -5 round going thru 17. She's t9 and will probably drop as there's plenty behind her. Still, not bad. 18 is par 5 so hopefully she'll finish -13. Leader at -15 for now.

*She bogeyed the first hole today. Guess #1 does not fit her eye.

Billy had a nice day at the office shooting an oscillating -4 . . . 5 birdies, an eagle and 3 bogies . . . He ended up @ -8 and is currently tied for 36th Place as the 3rd Round winds down . . .

If he could just avoid the plus numbers he would be hard to handle!!! He scores enough to compete. He moved up ~9 spots today . . . Another good day and a Top 25 finish is not out of reach.

Lauren did indeed have a strong day, shooting -5 . . . She is still tied for 12th Place @ -12 for the Tournament . . .

Has anyone noticed the Round “little sister” Nelly had?!!!!!!! Dammmit Man . . . 11 birdies and a lone bogie for a smooth 62 . . . -10 for today and -20 for the Tournament . . . The Meijer Classic Leader @ -20!!!!!!!

All you can do is tip your cap and enjoy the show!!!

Re: @ the Korn Ferry Tour in Wichita . Moving Day

Yeah, had noticed with Nellys round. Unreal. Let's pull that Lauren has a day like that tomorrow... Think about the 3 strokes she's given up on 1. In for nice payday.

I looked at some of the leaders on korn ferry tour and most had 2, maybe 3 bogeys for the tournament. Which, as you know, that's very common if you want to win on the korn ferry tour. Point is, thru today, Billy's lost 8 strokes. 6 bogeys and the double.

He'll put together 4 clean rounds and win, imo because he's rolling in the putts.
