Unfortunately the NCAA BBall tourney is over and one of the piece of garbage refs that was doing that tourney must have made it to the Masters to assess a 1 stroke penalty on the 14 year old kid from China. Has anyone watch pro golf lately. 50 seconds ! Really ! Give me a break. They should take that officials license away. Last time a 1 stroke penalty was assessed at the Masters was 2004.

play penalty only to have to cut away and come back. Different rules by different fools. The real absurdity is it may cost the kid playing the weekend.
