We know that you love watching the wide variety of live sports, news, and shows available to you on YouTube TV. That’s why we have been working so hard to renew our deal with NBCUniversal to continue carrying their content on YouTube TV. However, since our agreement expires on Thursday, September 30, 2021, and we have not yet been able to reach an equitable agreement, we wanted to give you an early heads?-?up so you understand your choices. ? Our ask is that NBCU treats YouTube TV like any other distributor. In other words, for the duration of our agreement, YouTube TV seeks the same rates that services of similar size get from NBCU so we can continue offering YouTube TV to members at a competitive and fair price. ? If NBCU offers us the equitable terms we are asking for, we will renew our agreement with them. However, if we are unable to reach a deal by Thursday, the NBCU lineup of channels will no longer be available on YouTube TV, and we will decrease our monthly price from $64.99 to $54.99 (while this content remains off our platform). ? At that time, you can sign up for NBCUniversal’s own streaming service, Peacock Premium,* which NBC currently offers starting at $4.99/month to continue watching NBCU content, such as live football. ? While we would love every member to stay with our service, we understand that you may still choose to pause or cancel your membership. We want to make YouTube TV flexible, so members can pause or cancel anytime. We will give you updates as negotiations continue, and going forward, please continue to check this webpage for additional information and updates. ? Please know that NBCU is an important partner for us, and as you can imagine, this is not the outcome that we want. We are still in active conversations with NBCU and are hopeful we can keep their content available on YouTube TV.

No matter the internet speed, it will buffer and randomly just stop working completely. Sometimes it gets so bad I can't even see what is on other channels. It also has no back button, but it does have recent..if you can get there. It's a poorly written, buggy, leaky app, that will bring down the whole firestick, requiring either a reboot or a plug/unplug. I've even given it its own name decription when it starts that crap--"It's huluing again"
AND it's $80/month.
I hate hulu.

as Obed had been bitching about TE. Cord cutting is for the birds. Streaming issues and glitches and then logging in and out. I pay the same for Comcast and get everything and anything I want all the time.

Roku tried to take on the Google monster, but they blinked. We'll see if NBC is big enough to pull it off.

nonsense. I think I can still get Uverse. The last DTV guy that came out didn't feel like trying to find a signal through all the trees. And we can't get free through the air TV with an antenna here (Ahh...Clemson).
So, maybe it's a sign to just stop watching tv.

They are reducing their sub price from $64.99 to $54.99 if they lose NBC but tell you that its $5 a month for peecock. So why is Youtube charging $10 for NBC?

Spectrum is fine if you use an appletv/roku.

It’s having their cables boxes at $8-$10/month that really drives up a bill unnecessarily. With 3 kids and an in house in law each with a cable box, one in our room and another in the living room, That added $50 to my monthly bill.
We cut those out, kept one dvr in the living room and with their “silver tier” programming and 400mbps internet, we were able to get it all down to under $130/mth. I’m sure Spectrum will find a way to “fee” us back up to $200 eventually. Sure it’s more expensive than totally cutting the cable cord, but at least it’s somewhat consistent.

cord, maybe a 1.5 years ago. YouTubeTV pretty much had everything I needed. And I saved a ton of money ditching Charter/Spectrum. Installed a mesh network to stop the freezes & glitches. But now this: "If you are a YouTube TV subscriber, you may lose NBC, Bravo, CNBC, E!, Golf Channel, MSNBC, Oxygen, SYFY, Telemundo, The Olympic Channel, Universal Kids, Universo, and USA Network".
The Golf Channel is really the only one I care about. However comma... I must admit, sometimes I miss cable. My GF still has cable, and it's nice to scroll the channels and easily preview what's on. It will tell you some details, like this Andy Griffith show was originally shown on Oct 24 1964, or a brief description of a movie and who stars in it. Etc. You get none of that on YTTV.
And it's just easier to navigate. Never thought I'd say this... but I kinda miss cable.
