If you want a better chance of YouTube TV adding the ACC Network, I found this form to request it and it takes all of 5 seconds to complete.

I do this from work, home, Ipad and phone daily. I am not sure if it will help, bu I am trying this is basically what I say .

"If the ACC Network is not Added , I am ready to switch to HULU LIVE on 8-22"
