Your favorite style of barbeque????

Mine is vinegar-based for sure like Scott's in Hemingway. Mustard-based comes in 2nd.

If it’s good it’s good

Not a huge fan of hot pepper flake in vinegar because I think it covers up the meat and smoke but I’ll eat it.

Really well done bbq doesn’t need much in the way of sauce of any style

All good, but partial to dry rub brisket. Harder to perfect than pulled pork. Vinegar based then mustard based for pulled pork.

Definitely huge fan of vinegar based bbq sauce. There is a sauce that comes in jars and not bottles called "Bone Suckin' Sauce" that is pretty good. Comes regular and hot, I only use the hot which isn't very hot at all but it is great on wings. If you want for pork, you can add a little vinegar to it if you are a fan of vinegar based bbq.

Bone Suckin' Sauce is by far my favorite store bought bbq sauce. I also use for my slow smoked ribs also.
