I was just told that Clemson tore up property

Jan 13, 2022, 4:12 PM

when we won the N.C. and that we ( the fans) were alot worse than the Dawg fans.
I do not remember fans hanging from arches, sitting on cross walk signs, throwing orange construction barrel at things, and releasing bodily fluids and defecating on the Alabama Elephant and in the streets.
I am sure we had a few students drunk and passed out in streets but I don't remember the other. Anyone else?

If the coots won, the entire city of Cootlumbia would be burned to the ground. It would make UGA’s celebration look like a tea party.

Carolina needs a new mascot. I think The University of South Carolina Sherman's or The University of South Carolina Generals are fitting names with their propensity for burning down things.

I'm not sure you can say that a dumpster fire qualifies as burning something down...

You will never be able to prove that!

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

You were told by who?

Jan 13, 2022, 4:24 PM

A Cooter Bird? I was there and we were all happy but I never saw anything like what you were "told."

and where did this allegedly occur?

Jan 13, 2022, 5:02 PM

I have attended every one of Clemson's playoff and national championship games and I saw nothing of the sort.

High]y unlikely IMO.

On the other hand, I have witnesses UGa fans completely trash their own campus.

I was there for both and never saw any vandalism or destruction of property. I never saw any Clemson fans getting in the face of our opponents, The fans handled themselves with class just as our team did.

I was there for both and didn’t see anything of the sort. I did see a bunch of bama fans crying though…

There was no need to deface their elephant

No, just tipped a lot of cows in and around the Clemson metroplex

No fan are worse than Georgia's drunk out-of control.....

Jan 13, 2022, 4:38 PM

fans. Surely not the majority of their fans but they've got enough bad ones to make their whole fanbase look bad.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I was also there for both. I saw nothing

Nah, you were lied to.

Sad that kirby Smart even said that in

Jan 13, 2022, 4:59 PM

Post game interview. He actually said that there's about to be some property destroyed in Indianapolis tonight. So embarrassing. I know everyone said he was quoting Larry Munson from his comments 41 years ago in New Orleans. It was tacky for Larry to have said it then and it should not have been said again. It was said again and it was even more tacky to say it 41 years later by the head coach, no less.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

yeah. The quoting Larry Munson excuse didn't cut it imo***

I was at the CFP win in January 2017 and saw NOTIHNG

Jan 13, 2022, 5:44 PM

regarding "either" team damaging the stadium at the end of the game in Tampa.

I also attended the 2019 CFP win in Santa Clara. We beat Bama 44-16, so there was no need to damage to the stadium, as the game was over early in the 4th quarter.

Why would such information take three years to bring any such damage report? Our opponent at four CFP games was Alabama.

We never played UGA in the playoffs, we were constantly playing Bama at all but two of our six CFP drives. I cannot give any feedback for UGA fans when they did not play against Clemson in our six straight years of CFP runs.

thats all trash, I have been to every playoff game and Clemson fans have been very behaved... even in the Big Easy ... Tampa for sure and California there was nothing to tear up, stadium was really far away from everything...

I'm guessing some fan of a rival school told you that. Probably either from one with a skirt-wearing chicken mascot or a dawg mascot that was almost a snack for a Texas steer.
