MM did not start and his snaps were cut. If you notice late in the fourth quarter MM made several big plays. I love Myles and I sure hope he is not starting to see dollar signs and playing not to get hurt. We need every defensive player we have to step up and play their best the rest of the season.

If he keeps playing like he has, he is not going to see any dollars. Some players respond positively to criticism and others don't. I do not think he has responded positively to it so far, but let's see what he does against NC State.

This is the crowd that thinks b/c the opponent has a ACC patch on their jersey - Clemson should dominate to the point we smother opponents offenses( I think ).
Or, they just don't understand sometimes you aren't going to get a stat. Holding the edge (is your job) sometimes and it doesn't lend itself to stats. Kind of like a player who sets picks in basketball. You had a great game setting picks but have no stats - yet you did a great job to people in the know! Because w/o your performance other things aren't possible.
But, I agree with you, did you watch they watch the game or just look at the boxcore!

Noodle and HRT,
1. I was AT the game so where were you ??
2. Wake is a passing team. Limiting their yards per carry means very little.
3. For a D-Line that is supposed top be dominant, there were very few sacks or QB hurries. Hartman had plenty of time to throw the long ball - that should be obvious, even to y'all.

Tobias27772 1st of all nobody got at you. 2nd. are you just catching on to the fact Wake likes to play action pass teams and are wanting to tell everyone else who "already knew that"?
3rd. since you were there then you know how quickly Hartman got rid of it after they walked the ball up to the mesh point. You have to play it honestly or they can take off and gash you in the run game; so no he wasn't bulling his way in all game long.
I'll take the grade of the experts over yours any day pal!

According to the stats we had 2 QB Hurries and Wake had 8. I honestly did not see the "constant pressure" on the QB that you are referring.

He had 2 solo tackles (5 total), .5 sacks and .5 TFL. Not a bad game but if that was the best in Power 5 then it wasn't much of a day for anyone else.

Unless teams change their approach on playing us. They are getting rid of the ball under the amount of time that it takes to get to a qb unless the OL just doesn’t block them at all. Expect NCSU to do the same. It’s not that hard to understand and the other teams would be stupid not to take this approach. Their season literally could be over if they tried the deep drop passing game because their qbs might not finish the game or season. Grades are about winning your assignment you can be very effective DL with virtually a zero stat line. Dexter Lawrence is not a big stat guy but they are about to have to back the dump truck up with a load of cash because he consistently draws double teams.
