Jacksonville and Cleveland. He had pretty good chemistry with TL and the Jags don't have much as far as WRs. He could realistically make that team. Cleveland doesn't have much as far as WR depth right now. DW4 would probably look out for him some as a former Tiger even though he's never played with him. Those would be my choices.

The NFL is not college and players do not pick teams. If a player is good enough, a team will pick him.

You often do have multiple choices as a UFA

That’s the advantage. Team A may offer you 50k to sign Team B 30k and team C $15k but Team C could be near your home, have no depth at WR and have a QB you have played with before and so you may decide that is your best opportunity. If JR had 5 teams medically clear him then he’s probably Getting close to 5 free agent offers given his past preinjury performance.
