If Clemson doesn’t beat UGA

by at least 28 points, will it feel like a loss, kind of like when we lost to UofSuCk by only beating them by 28 points?
Dabo needs to bury the leghumpers and not let off the gas. It’s been a long time since he’s won a National Championship, and I’m concerned he’ll be on the hot seat if we just squeak by UGA. College football is all about “what have you done for me lately” so this is not a time to lean on championships he won many years ago. Heck we didn’t even beat the coots last year which is unacceptable. Dabo needs to win this one big.

Clemson wins by 10.

Glad to see you are keeping up! DJ passes for 400+ and 5 TDs by 4th quarter and Clemson will get hammered by the press for the weak schedule. Hopefully our OOC schedule with the remaining three opponents should overcome the weak schedule opener.

I just watched a replay of the Peach Bowl where UGA had to kick an 80 yard FG to beat the Bearcats. IF they bring that same team to Charlotte, they will be lucky to stay within 10 points of the Tigers. Their team is built like the old Bama teams that tried to outmuscle you for an entire game ..... some real road graders on their OL, if the D-linemen are slow and un-athletic. Our are not!

I just watched a replay of a game where Brent Venables vaunted defense made Justin Fields look like Peyton Manning. How does a team as unbeatable as Clemson get boat raced by a team not even in the top 10? If Clemson starts the same safeties in Charlotte I may throw for 300 yards and 3 tds.

Even the Bulldogs would be fresh after playing a 6 game schedule. Isn't it the SEC that says playing week after week against the mighty SEC is grueling? You may also recall that LSU, maybe the greatest team since the greatest Alabama team that we beat by a million beat you much worse than they beat us.

Yes, LSU beat UGA by more than they beat Clemson for the title. So, congrats on that too.
