Tnet Fishermen

I fish a little. Some of yall probably put more effort in to it than me.
One Tnet poster I won't name recently mentioned he is a Bass fisherman.
"I also stay at this retention pond in Palm Beach. It floods enough down here that it is full of large mouth bass."
I asked an old friend at NASA to zoom in to see if he could locate the guy:

Those little fish aren't worth throwing your arm out over.
The ones spud catches are so much bigger, he must have a rock launcher!
It would take boulders in Santee!

locked in your little cubicles making someone else rich while I am living like our 200,000+ years of natural selection programmed us to. You know you guys would like to spend your morning basking in the sun, spend 15 minutes clubbing a bass, then have the rest of the day to yourself. Just admit that this is true.

You are 100% correct. I now also live with Nature. I prefer this life style.
I once worked in a cubical. I checked in at 7am to be seen, then went for breakfast. Messed around all day in my company car doing ###, then back at my cubical by 4 to again be seen. It was a good gig.
It was a good except the many days when folks got them themselves "offed" and I had to show and sort it out. Often had to go in at night (people are more violent at night for some reason), but would then be off as my company frowned on over time. I was in court most days as to old cases. The snack bar there was terrible!

post on Tnet, and fish. I only club Bass when I am feeling lazy and do not want to leave camp. If I am feeling up to it, I will swim out here and hunt for Manatees. I can eat off one of their calves for about a month.

I've spent thousands on fishing tackle, bait etc. to do what you did with a rock you picked up.
What's the best way to harvest manatee calves, and could you share recipes?

they eventually tire out and you can ride them to shore like a canoe. The cartilage in the flippers is the best part, I make a nice stew from this.

I used to live off Congress avenue in West Palm Beach for a few years I had a furniture business off Okeechobee blvd in Spencer square just off I-95. I went to the beach in Palm Beach & Riviera beach but never fished the channel side(intercoastal waterway).
When the helicopters would chase criminals at night they would always run into the water, the last place I’d go down there...lol
