Ethics of Clemson Walk-Ons NIL deals

I am very concerned what this could potentially do to the team if Dabo starts handing out endorsement deals and people are left out Thinking about the QB room specifically. Are there any rules about this I'm not an attorney (esquire) so not really in a position to speak to the legality. But seems ethically dubious for sure. Dabo is a good man and I trust him to make the right call but money is the root of all evil and I know Dabo's restaurant will be a HIT!!!!!!!

I think Dabo will promote Walk-Ons more than their NIL deals

It appears that Dabo is an investor/franchisee in the national chain of Walk-Ons more than an NIL deal maker for this business. I'm sure the Walk-Ons execs are most interested in using his name to help promote the chain's expansion in SC and NC. I don't worry about Dabo making a misstep in handing out any NIL deals that are not legal when it comes to any of the several businesses that Coach Swinney is involved with while coaching at Clemson.

This is information from a national restaurant business website:
"The two-time national champion is joining Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux as a franchisee. Swinney will help the sports-bar chain expand to the Carolinas as part of a group that includes Pavilion Development Company and existing operator Carolina Eats. The agreement will bring 15 Walk-On's to North and South Carolina, including to Swinney's home turf of Clemson, where the coach will help promote the brand."
