Barker turning it down for the following reason,
"Clemson will not accept and invite or even enter into talks with the SEC because I have signed a loyalty document with all of the other presidents of the ACC schools. So this conversation is over."

but I wanted to use the most absurd scenario possible. I wanted to show that the document they signed is worthless and will have no impact at all should Clemson begin talks and/or get invited to another league. I agree with you in that the SEC's business model and plan calls for adding schools in states not currently in their footprint.

doubt carolina has a veto. doesnt matter. wouldnt have to use it anyways. clemson makes no sense for sec. its about geography, not about clemson.
