Is the next step an ACC TV Network?

Sep 12, 2012, 1:46 PM

Adding ND makes this likely and adds major midwest TV markets to the negotiations. Conference TV networks revolve around non-revenue sports, and the addition of ND makes this a fairly lucrative looking option. ACC network guaranteed in Chicago and other major markets. Impact on football may be marginal for now, but we will see much increased revenue overall eventually.

To replace Raycom? Doubtful

Sep 12, 2012, 1:48 PM

Based on the simple fact that Swoffie's son owns Raycom. Maybe a deal with NBC is looming as part of this deal with ND. A deal that shows more than just 1 ACC game each week

Owns? I thought he was some kind of VP at Raycom.
