Feb 15, 2013, 11:53 AM

Pretty cool, this guy has been to a game in every stadium in the country. Clemson in top 10...carloina barely makes the top 50.

I went to the Big House last fall. It has a lot of seats,

Feb 15, 2013, 11:57 AM

but is not too impressive. Your knees are literally in the back of the person in front of you.Annnnnnnnnnd, they do NOT yell.

for a big hole in the ground it is pretty quiet. I wonder if the very gradual angle at which the rows go up impacts that. DV is louder and its corners are open.

YEP, I stood up to yell and they were looking at me like I

Sound like attending a game at Tennessee or North Carolina. Two worse stadiums I have ever watched a game, literally miserable experience.

Chickens #47. But they will probably get rings due to Alabama chosen #1.

It can get loud there--1987 for one and

Feb 15, 2013, 1:00 PM

last year against UGA for two. I do think Clemson is louder--MIAMI 2005 is the loudest game I have been at in my life.

I just hope Clemson fans buy up as many tickets as they can to the Coot game this year and help to give the Orange roar of our fans a voice it has been missing the last several times we played at WB.

I don't see how army's stadium is in the top 10***

Brad Brownell: more losses than any other coach in school history.

Patriotism brother, thats why.. Be proud. Yes our gameday experience and stadium at Clemson is much better, however, West Point is a scenic place and where American hereos play some football before going on to serve our country and defend our rights so we get enjoy our home games at Clemson...

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

It's akin to Fenway Park

Feb 15, 2013, 12:14 PM [ in reply to I don't see how army's stadium is in the top 10*** ]

It's the history and tradition that ranks it so high but ultimately, the stadium itself is nothing to write home about.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

I can't believe Neyland Stadium is in the top 25!

Feb 15, 2013, 12:53 PM

Little has been done to it to upgrade it into the 21st Century. All it has going for it right now are some great memories and some pubs next to it.

You're wrong there. I was in Knoxville for a conference and

Feb 15, 2013, 12:57 PM

they fed us one night at the donor's lounge at the top of the stadium that looks down on the field on one side and the city and river on the other. Pretty impressive and very 21st century.

Donor's lounge? Don't even try to compare that to

Feb 15, 2013, 1:30 PM

attending a game and sit in a regular seat, which at best, is 3/4th the size of a seat at Clemson.

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Try a game and you might have a different opinion!***

Loudest I have experienced

Feb 15, 2013, 1:11 PM

1) Clemson many a time
2) FSU when they are cooking
3) UGA when they are cooking
4) USuC when they are cooking

and finally the loudest and quietest in the same day:
5) UNcheat when they announce it's basketball time over at the Dean Dome at the halftime of the football game.

LA Coliseum can get really loud. I was in LA for business and ended up scoring tickets to the USC Ohio State game a few years ago and I must say they can hang with us southern folk.

He has Ohio State seating 200,000

and not much substance to Death Valley, just a bit of history

For edging out Marshall, Wake Forest, and Georgia Tech
