I turned 50 last year, got in about 9K steps on the turf field tonight at our match and my back and feet are killing me. Is this normal or only happens to extremely well-endowed men ?

Inserts are a must. It hit me around 55

Plantar Facetious - heel pain that was horrible - put in inserts and it went away. I was good with them for about 5 years and then starting leaving them out. Last year it came back and this time inserts did not solve the problem 100% immediately. That was last spring. I do not go around barefoot now and the pain has gone again. The inserts are permanent now. That pain is unbearable.
