Big loss. He spearheaded our recruiting for years. He's been instrumental in shaping this program. He seemed pretty happy here. Is this really a big promotion? This is the first one I'm not sure about. Maybe there is something going on in Clemson. Don't think I've ever seen a mass exodus like this at what looked like a very stable program.

Told me Thad would be leaving before it was even announced.
This is not as big a loss as you might think...it was inevitable.
Thad has done a really good job but this will have the least impact of any of those that have gone, except maybe for Roof.

He’s a really great guy who I believe also does a fantastic job! I am happy for him and Coach Venables. I’m glad they’ll continue to work together.
