Do elementary schools still have libraries? I ask b/c

I was eating dinner last night with my friend's great grandfather and he said his school didn't have one back in the 1930s. I remember having books and book fairs and everything back in the 80s.

There's a company that does that for the school and they must make bank
Kids do the art, they frame it and sell it to you for $25
