The wife and I are going to have the front door replaced. We decided to throw a bone to local handymen. Called four people and have three appointments for quotes lined up. I got this jerk wads voicemail. It went something like this.
We screen our calls to avoid spam. leave us a message and we will get back to you. It may take up yo 72 hours because of high call volume.
OK. The dude is busy. That's a good sign I guess. I leave a message with what we are looking to do and ask for an appointment.
Today I get a text saying go to this link and fill out a quick quote form.
Hey azzwipe, if I wanted a robot to do the job I'd fill out an online form. If you're too busy for my small job, give me a quick call and say so. Trust me, I would totally understand.

MY. GOD.
Sometimes it took 15 minutes for them to bother to approach your table with a menu. Another 10 for your drinks. Bordering an hour for your food to show up.
And that was with like 4 other customers in the place. If the place was packed, prepare to take a half-day for lunch.
