Is it not that Vandy (their success under Sully) is a private school and private schools have more financial help to offer baseball players, with the way that baseball scholarships are these days?

You must be thinking of Tim Corbin because he is in Nashville,Tenn. at Vanderbilt while Kevin O'Sullivan is in Gainesville at the University of Florida

Ok just did not know if you knew that this thread was started by someone asking if everyone wanted Kevin O'Sullivan at Florida now,that was why I was wondering why you were talking about Vanderbilt and Tim Corbin.

All kidding aside, I did write the AD to express my displeasure. Yep, that and 5 bucks will get you an espresso at Starbucks.
In all seriousness, we have no chance of getting Corbin or Sully. But we don't need to. I suggested we try and lure Erik Bakich away from Michigan as long as he brought his hitting and infield assistant.
Erik was part of Leggetts most impressive early years. Especially 2002, 2003. Went on and did some good things at other schools etc. He cut his teeth on recruiting talent. You can read his bio. But what he's done at Michigan since 2012 is actually more than Leggett did at Clemson. Yep, an up north team... Go figure. He did it with great assistant hires.
One, if we couldn't lure Erik back to Clemson, let's go after his assistant. Nick Schnabel? Sp.? Posted bio below. If nothing else hire him as a high paid assistant that would be in charge of hitting. Just my .02

Let’s give Monte next year to get the boat going in the right direction but if don’t go after Scott Brown Tim Corbett’s 9 year assistant at Vandy He is the associate head coach and pitching coach and seems to have plenty of energy in the dug out
