other boards where I know the subject is often discussed. One of those boards is a WVU website.

I always thought WVU would be a great addition to the ACC. After spending some time on their board I have completely changed my mind. The WVU fans on that board have to be some of the DUMBEST SOB's I have ever come across in sports. If they are representative of the average WVU fan (and I sure hope not) then I don't want them anywhere near the ACC.

but i agree with you. i don't want a team in the conference where i feel unsafe to visit their stadium. wait a year or two and some very interesting testimonies will come out from big12 fans . . .

Lived in Morgantown for 7 years

WVU is the last school the ACC needed. Their fans make Maryland look like a class act, I lived and worked in Morgantown for 7 years (escaped 5 years ago) and went to a few football games. It is an absolute disgrace how their fans behave and the school actually encourages the behavior. They even started selling beer 2 years ago inside the stadium.

to have lost any sense of reality. Check out BGN conference realignment board. It's not one or two posters. It's just about every one of them. They make fgf posters look educated.

WVU grads. Those fans on the board are pretty much the norm. It is an awful place. The VT people I knew used to hate playing them regularly. It's a good point about making MD fans look good, and MD fans are by far the worst in the ACC IMO.
