I don't mean to scare you guys, but I think Bentley's win is legit. He's definitely better than Trevor Lawrence. I didn't believe that at first and thought it was just a contest all in fun, but then I researched past winners of the contest. All the winners have been absolute studs, the best of the best.
In 2018, Alex Hornibrook won the competition, beating out Drew Lock, McKenzie Milton, Jake Fromm, Jalen Hurts, and Jake Browning.
In 2017, Shane Buechele won the competition, beating out Lamar Jackson, Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold, and Jalen Hurts.
In 2016, John O'Korn won the competition, beating out Deshaun Watson, Baker Mayfield, and Josh Rosen.
In 2015, Seth Russell beat out Jared Goff, Carson Wentz, Cody Kessler, and Dak Prescott.
In 2014, Sean Mannion won the competition, beating out Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota.
In 2013, Stephen Morris won the competition, beating out Blake Bortles, Johnny Manziel, Teddy Bridgewater, and Derek Carr.
In 2012, Charley Loeb beat out Aaron Murray, Matt Barkley, and Geno Smith.
I couldn't find the winner of 2011
In 2010, Taylor Potts beat out Andrew Luck, Christian Ponder, Matt Simms, and Kellen Moore.

Can't believe you didn't point out that Hornibrook is now a teammate of Bentley (unless I am mistaken). Double Trouble brewing in Cootlumbia.

Hornibrook actually transferred to Florida State, where he seems to have lost the starting job competition to Blackman. About half of these "winners" eventually lost their starting jobs and transferred to other schools. I think Mannion was drafted late though, although he's a perennial third stringer.

passing academy than it is beating Alabama for the NC.
But we all how these two guys compare when it's for real on the football field during a game.

So I guess you're saying the Tigers are going to win another Natty this year. 2016 Watson lost the competion and tje Tigers won the NC and now in 2019 Lawrence lost the competion so .........
