Maybe so. I got that it was just to withhold fed funds for law enforcement in cities which didn't notify ICE when they arrested an illegal.

Yep, it will take a few years to clean-up the mess he's making. There's another battle he will lose in the courts.
Meanwhile, he continues to make a fool of himself by throwing rude insults at anyone that doesn't bow down in his presence.
