I guess we all need to start doubting Dabo. It’s obvious to the brains on this site that he doesn’t have a clue about college football.How did we ever get to the very top of college football with this clown. I guess I need to forget about promoting IPTAY. Nothing can save us now.

he can sustain our elite status in THIS DAY AND AGE of college football there is some doubt for sure.
Global shifts have occurred since 2018 and Dabo needs to adapt.
2019-shellacked in the national title (when the offensive cracks in the foundation started)
2020-shellacked in the semi-final
2021-9-3 heading to the Cheez-it bowl w/ roster management issues being revealed.
2022- ??
if he adapts he can save us from the fall, but we've been on a downward trend the last 3 seasons.

While 2nd and 4th place finishes are technically “down” when you finished 1st the only statistically significant outlier is this season. Youngest team since 2015 beset with injuries. Toughen up.

Well, you overlooked we beat OU in the 2015 CFP semi, and

lost the final to Bama. The 2016 CFP we beat OSU 31-0, and beat Bama in the CFP Final. In 2017, we had Kelly Bryant and Bama's DL smothered him in the Semi Final. In 2018, we gave Saban his worst lost at Bama as we beat them 44-16 to finish 15-0 to win the 2018 CFP.
Only Alabama compares to Clemson on CFP games played since 2015 CFP (two games, lost the final), went 2-0 to win the CFP 2016 Title, lost the 2017 CFP semi to Bama. Went 2-0 in the 2018 CFP and beat Bama 44-16. In 2019 CFP, Clemson won the semi and lost the CFP Title game to LSU. The 2020 CFP Clemson lost in the semi to Ohio State. In the 2021 CFP we lost the first round with Ohio State.
That's eleven CFP games from 2015-2021. Only Bama has won more games in the CFP

Well what are you going to do if he doesn't win a national championship in the next 2 yrs? I guess you can denounce the 2 he won and the ACC championships too. I'll never forget what Dabo has achieved on and off the field just like I'll never forget what Danny did for the program. It sure has been a lot of fun.

There is something to be said for that.
It seems like a huge risk though. This feels like a really critical juncture for our program.

It is critical. This is his legacy. I am watching and he is energized and ready to go. This may be a good kick in the butt for all involved. Dabo is best when working as the underdog.

like the other greatest coach out there. Retreads can work. Saban has proven that. So can developing your own. Dabo has proven that, and will prove that again.
Everyone wants splashy now. As Dabo said, this effects him more than anyone. If outside was needed, he'd go outside. It wasn't

Why bother going after any outsider. Name one coordinator hired from the outside that ever amounted to a hill of beans.
Oh ,and don't bother saying Brent Venables. He was a co- coordinator coordinator.

He will either look like a groundbreaking genius or a landslide of epic proportions will ensue. My doubts do not lie with the X's and O's part of the jobs. My concerns are with how long it may take for these fairly unheard of coordinators to gain traction on the recruiting trail. One of the advantages of an outside hire is that they would most likely already be established from that standpoint.
