Bates, is still in the mix for Peter Woods".....Has he even looked at who Nick has already brought in? Eason is a huge upgrade over Bates. ANd frankly, I don't think the DLine played that great the last couple of years....

I think he’s Bama bound, if we pull him it would be a HUGE upset. Bama has been recruiting him since 9th grade and he’s on record saying it’s Bama and everyone else, and just he has the best relationship with them and their coaches and it’s not even close… we’ll see and can hope though!

When Coach Eason was hired there were people in here doubting his ability to recruit. He is someone the players can relate to so I think he is going to excel in recruiting. I also think (and hope) that he is going to put a little more of a mean streak back into our D line play. I am so excited to see the d line this year. I think it may be as much fun to watch as the power rangers or the d lines of the early 80s. And Coach E is a big part of why I think that.

I have heard this a couple of times in terms people stating folks on here doubting Coach Eason but i cant find a single post doubt his abilities as a coach or recruiter. Folks were universally excited so could you provide a link to the doubt?
