I recently started mentoring youngish women 21-30.

I ask them to meet me at a hotel so that they don’t have to be embarrassed about getting mentoring from an old guy in my office. I’m afraid some of them misunderstand my intentions when I say I could really help out their careers and offer to “KISS” them

Your business is booming now. I look around, and it seems there are more UNWED mothers than there are WED mothers. Truly a sad commentary on current society that fatherhood and marriage are considered second choice optional.

It's always been my understanding that wimminz is the possessive form.
As in, Clemson possesses a good wimminz softball team.
or,
Clemson possesses more good-looking wimminz than Scar.
