What will that do mathematically? Especially if we can sweep BC

You can’t really answer that without knowing how the holes

And Duke do this weekend (mostly Duke). Since we won’t have the same number of games as Duke the determinant metric will be winning percentage. Duke has the same amount of wins as us with 5 games left but each win for us would matter more since we have fewer games; but so would each loss. If Duke went 1-4 or worse in the last five we would have a higher percentage even if we went 0-3 in the final weekend. If they go 2-3 we need 1-2, duke 3-2 we need 2-1, duke 4-1 we need 3 -0 , Duke 5-0 we cannot win. Duke is currently winning 36% of their games; so, if that trend holds they would go at best 2-3 in the final 5 and we would only need to go 1-2 in our last 3.

If we get swept by UVA the only way we make a regional is win the ACC tournament. That is if we even make the ACC tournament.
