Would be an absolute dream team, burrow is good but I think TLAW would take that team to the Super Bowl this year

Trevor is miles behind Burrow today, but I would bet on Trevor long term and a higher ceiling. Burrow is a stone cold killer and not afraid, not saying Trevor is afraid but his mechanics and development and killer mentality is miles not even comparable to Burrow if you are talking about today, did you watch that game tying drive he had vs the 49ers a couple weeks ago… he’s not afraid, ice cold water in the veins, Trevor just needs a competent coach first or he’s gonna be stuck in neutral.

Trevor isn’t either but he’s on one of the most incompetent teams I’ve ever seen

The jags are one of the worst teams I’ve ever seen, no talent anywhere, I’m worried about Trevor developing, this year he would’ve probably been more developed staying in college, most first years are a wash for rookies but this was just getting punched and punished every week with no light in sight it seems from the outside.

Definitely have to agree with 44. Especially with our D this year, Trevor could have taken more chances and learned throwing to a spot... That is if Dabo/Elliott would have let him and/or Streeter capable of grooming him. Trevor still has that tendency to get happy feet. Once he gets with a QB coach, he'll learn as 44 stated. He'll also be taught different angles on arm slots with a quicker release. Something with our QB's seem to want to wind up to throw it.

He isn’t “miles behind Burrow”

The Jaguars are miles behind the Bengals. Put Trevor in Cincy at the beginning of the season and they would have just as many wins as they have with Burrow.

But you can’t switch them, the reality is what it is, Trevor is in a bad spot, Burrow has played in more games in the NFL and has better weapons. Trevor isn’t getting better because he doesn’t have a coach capable of making him better, he’s now basically 2 years of pro ball behind Burrow and that is huge. Circumstances dictate most NFL careers and TLAW is in one of the worst. Please try to remember how dysfunctional and terrible the bengals were when Burrow got there, what he has done so far is nothing short of a miracle. Before he got hurt last year he had them in every game and it was one of the worst rosters in the NFL. Trevor hasn’t done the same abs that’s talent and coaching. You’re right, he isn’t miles behind, he is light years at this point due to his circumstances. Burrow has proved he is a franchise NFL QB, Trevor has not had that opportunity yet.

I see where you’re trying to go with this but lots of QB’s would be better….on better teams. For example IMO, Carson Wentz is an average QB with above average skill around him and a top notch O-line.

The Bengals imo have the best receiving group in the nfl, Tee and Chase are insane

Rams, Chargers, Cowboys, and Bucs have better receivers. Can’t predict injuries or idiotic Covid rules.

A lot of teams could use TLAW. Bengals are not one of them. They are set with J.B.
TL16 on Browns would make much more sense.
