Pitt and Wake is about as bad as it gets for fans.

they come up with to try and get fannies in the seats in Charlotte for that game. There will be lots of tickets still available after the tens of fans from each school scarf them up.

Last offer I saw was 4 UD tickets for $120 + a $20 Bojangles gift card. That would be $25 per ticket after the gift card. How low will it go?

According to Wiki the 06 game between Wake and GT had 62,850 in Jacksonville.

Attendance. GT-Wake and BC-GT were far worse in actual attendance than Clemson-GT in 2009. I think WF-Pitt will draw more than either of the first 2 games I mentioned

Bad attendance provides more evidence of a regional sport that is dying. TV ratings are also dropping due to the lack of competitive balance nationwide. We live in a state with no professional sports and have a self inflated opinion of how important College is on a NATIONAL basis. The bowl games will continue the trend of decling interest.

Only 5k last year in Charlotte at CU/ND. Actually Clemson has been involved in two of the lowest attended games in ACCCG history - only around 45K in Tampa against GT in 2009 and around 50K at the game against VT in Orlando.

Instead of spanning from Canada to Cuba, there should be 4 Conferences east of the Mississippi and 4 west of the Mississippi with playoffs of the Champions by drawing lots... you get your 8 team playoff and then everyone can complain how "it isn't fair"...
