Below is a list of the value of each nations total team salary (in pounds, multiply by 1.7 for dollars). It's interesting because it closely resembles their world ranking. The US is 19th out of 32 and Costa Rica is 32. There are players like Ronaldo who make more than the entire Costa Rican team combined.
