My guess is an assistant from FSU, NCSU, or UNCheat. What a cry baby, illogical, loser.

Gorney’s take: FICTION. Doing things unlike Alabama and Ohio State while also stockpiling talent has gotten Clemson to where it is today and while there might have been some slippage in recent years, the Tigers are still one of the best teams nationally that with some fixes can be back in the national title hunt. Trying to beat Alabama, Ohio State and Georgia at its own game is not smart for Clemson. Dabo Swinney has a winning formula and one outside-the-family coaching move doesn’t disprove that. Top Clemson recruits talk about what makes Clemson different, not what makes it like all the other schools recruiting them. The Tigers should keep their formula because it works.

Every family has toxic people in them that affect, hurt and drag down those around them. Doesn't not make them family, yet sometimes you have to do what is best for the whole. Now I am not saying that Streeter was toxic as a person, but he showed that he hurt and dragged down the team because of his lack of instruction to this point.
Billy Napier has done just fine now. He just wasn't ready to be Offensive coordinator at that time. I am hopeful that Streeter will learn and develop and even though it was a painful moment to be let go, I hope he knows he is always part of the Clemson family.

needed. Streeter gave everything he had for Clemson as a player and a coach. Sometimes, change needs to happen in order to grow.

You nailed it. Most all the fans and even ESPN were saying DJ needed to be replaced and hardly a few were saying the same of Streeter. Dabo stood up under all that to protect those guys and give them the chance to succeed.
I'm not sure if say his application of family values was best illustrated in this scenario, at least not when the record is the primary factor for determining success. However, no one can say Dabo doesn't believe in family and isn't willing to stand up for what he believes in.

Somebody who sees a winning formula, knows his program can’t duplicate it, and decides to disparage it.
But recruits see what they see and they seem to see “family” in the Clemson programs and perhaps more importantly,msomdomtheir Moma’s!

What percentage of kids, when they announce their decision, say something like, "I loved it. It felt like I was home. I was so comfortable there. The players are so close to each other they feel like family...."
I would say it's over 90%.
How many dis say something like, "It's just a bunch of guys trying to get ready for the NFL. They don't really like each other. The coaches don't care for you as a person, you're just a football player to them. But, I decided that's the place for me."
I'd say it's about 0%.

Look for someone originally from WV or TN or maybe northern Alabama with that comment. Everyone outside those hillbillies understand people marry into the family and they become part of the family.
