Women's Basketball Travel calls

How do refs decide when to call traveling and when not to? Seeing lots of foot shuffling. I don't normally watch women's basketball. Asking for a friend who never watches.

It's pretty subjective, just like targeting or pass interference.

Well, they've called it twice so far and, to be fair, they don't call it much in the men's game either.
