The hijacking of our paw is ridiculous and I sent an email to Auburn City Council. I am accustomed to the minor hijacking we see on some decals and t-shirts by Auburn, LSU and Kentucky fans but a freakin' brick paw in an intersection?
Anyone want to set up a GoFundMe to see if we can scrape up enough cash to buy them a rock, too?

If in fact Auburn is in violation of our TM, do you not think Clemson's attorneys would be all over it? What did you say to Auburn's city council that you believe will make a difference? Better yet, why would they care what you think when you're [presumably] not a resident of Auburn? Do you think the Auburn city council will put it up to a vote to ban the tiger paw in their city?

Her stance is that although they have taken the paw in substance they have not taken it in form ... it is a different color. Yup. A different color.
Dilution of the brand and or likelihood of confusion are the issues for those who do not care.
We will just have to change ol' Lewis Grizzard's quote to "Auburn is Clemson without a lake ... but with their paw".
