...Clemson is now effectively down to a 3-game season.
Syracuse, Wake, and South Carolina should not challenge Clemson unless we show up decimated by injuries or flat as day-old Dr. Pepper...and in truth, probably not even then. They are not good football teams right now. If we go 9-0, the odds are almost overwhelming we will cruise to 12-0 on the regular season.
So now we're into the three last "competitive" games of our season. On the road at Miami, on the road at NC State...and FSU at home.
Can we do something special this year? Three more wins in the next three weeks....
It's going to be like watching water boil, I can feel it already.

I would add the ACC title game to the list of challenging games, regardless of who we play.

than to spoil Clemson's season and possible championship aspirations so from that standpoint, they will be highly motivated. However, by halftime, when Clemson has a three TD lead and the motivation and the alcohol have worn-off, they'll lose interest and the team and their crowd will quit just like their head coach did.

We needed a blocked punt for a TD to get things on track.
Still, at the end of the day, the better team won.
That's what has happened the vast majority of the times Clemson has faced SCAR.

NC st just isn't a team to be concerned about.Honestly I don't understand why they started the season with all this respect. Miami is more of an upset pick contender since they are winning the takeaway margin this year.But I think we go in and punch them in the mouth as we did BC.We don't do "let down" games anymore which I believe is why the media and some fans try to build up the NC St road game into more than what it is.Just my two cents.

We can't write off South Carolina on the road as a win under any circumstances. We haven't won there in 8 years. Let's hope our players take it one at a time and don't take anyone for granted.
