With all of this "Trade Marking" going on, can I Trade Mark

MyfavOrange? I'm sure some young rapper is going to see my TNET name and use it, then hit the music/rapping scene pretty big! Should I go ahead and cash in, sign a NIL and Trade Mark? What do you all think?

anything, if they go to the time and effort to do it. Johnny Manziel trademarked "Johnny Football" for instance.

But, you better do your homework. Vince McMahon had to change his company name and "abbreviation" from WWF to WWE several years ago. Why? Because the World Wildlife Fund sued him for trademark infringement, since they owned the WWF trademark. Probably one of the few times that anyone got the better of Ole Vince.
