Is this a big get? I see he's a 4 star athlete but watching his film he looks like someone playing in a lesser football league. What's the story on this guy?

Yes guru, would be a tremendous pickup as @tigerzzroar posted (thanks tzz) .
How he's ONLY rated 90.+ I have no idea. Perhaps some truth to a "lesser" HS league but as others have posted, watch his film. The kid can ball... And we can certainly use him on offense. I think his rating will go up if he stays healthy this season.

Outside of Nathaniel Joseph and Noah Rogers, Hanafin was my top choice at WR.

Agree, first choice for me was Noah. Inniss was my 2nd but that's splitting hairs. I liked Dickey but obviously no interest either way.

If we get Hanafin, some of the credit should go to Chris Vizzina. He was lobbying him pretty hard from what I have seen and been told.

I agree. He has a chance to be a first-team ACC WR but I think he has a chance to be an All-American safety.

Nice! Kid has a great bio. I don't know much beyond that but sounds like he can play many positions. Said he could gain 20lbs easily and play LB or TE as well. If he could keep his speed and add 15lbs, maybe he could be a Pitts type player, dude from Florida that torched teams from the TE position but was just a big WR.

“Hanafin” is from old Gaelic, and means “fury”, or “storm”. Love it, bring it.
