Win out ,maybe spot # 23 to # 25 in the top 25.Lose 1 more, no matter who ,I'd say no way.

We only have one chance, and I doubt it.

Sam Hartman is a great QB. He's 65% for 2,500 yards, 22 TDs, and only 3 interceptions and has added 200 yards and 6 touchdowns on the ground. He's #5 in the country in passer rating, #9 in passing yards, #3 in ypa, and top ten in both passing and rushing TDs. He's probably even better than Pickett, who moved the ball fairly easily against us, just couldn't score as much. Wake also has three good running backs who have 1,150 yards and 14 touchdowns and average over 5 yards a carry who run behind a very good offensive line.

Good news is that Wake has a bad defense, #99 Total and #55 Scoring. They're very susceptible to the run in particular (They have the #52 passing defense and #116 rushing defense). They're the worst against the run we've faced by a large margin. If Elliott is smart and runs the ball a bunch, we should be able to put up some points, and I could see us winning by something like 28-24. But I just doubt his willingness to stick with the run. I think TE will again try to be "balanced," and unfortunately, Wake is one of the best teams in the country at getting turnovers (tied for #9), and we know turnovers are DJ's specialty.

TLDR: I doubt we'll beat a ranked team.
